This varies depending on your country of origin. For UK orders it can be as soon as 24 hours due to Royal Mail but international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks.
If it has been over 4 weeks and your parcel has not arrived please contact me and I will see what I can do. Most likely it has been returned to me and we can discuss re-shipping.
The When the Stars Alighthardcover is a bespoke item and thus is handcrafted by the manufacturer over, at most, 13 working days. After that it is either delivered straight to you or to my house where I will have to prepare it for shipping. I appreciate the lengthy time might be frustrating but please keep in mind that we are often working with low stock and only process orders as demanded.
